The profit problem

Why is nobody making any profit? I bet my boss asks himself the same questions every spring until the first payment from the Forest Service trickles in. By the way, this has to be the most current, up-to-date, relevant strip we have ever made. It actually is tax season currently (at least where Hans lives), the fuel prices have gone through the roof lately here in the States, and it is way too warm for Christmas shopping on the West Coast.

I have successfully dumped my tax information at my accountant’s office, and am now in the “waiting game” phase to see how much I still owe the man, and how much my tax guy will charge me this time. His rates, together with the fuel prices, go up every year as well. So … until I find out, I might just do what Chuck and Julio are doing here, grab an RC car and play around. Who knows, depending on how much I owe in taxes, I might have to sell the RC cars shortly. I guess the time to enjoy them is now.

I am of the belief that Taxes should not be withheld and only paid in full on April 15th including sales, property, state and local income etc, and election day should be April 16th.

I’m pretty sure that’s how the postal service and railways over here work.

    “We need to save money”
    “What’s our biggest expense?”
    “Customers!”
