Meditation II
Well, it seems that Chuck may have the right skills to become a master of meditation after all! I know I haven’t. To get my brain to switch off I need either television or sleep. It’s not like I’m pondering the the most profound subjects all the time, but I’ve tried, occasionally, to just sit there and think of nothing, and it just doesn’t work.
Me too, Stef. Something’s always runnin’ through my mind. Makes the hamster in the cage raise cane!
I meant ‘the hamster on the wheel’… 😳
