Praise for Julio

At my one of my previous employers, the bosses and middle management decided one day to take a bunch leadership classes since the company had grown so much. At least that’s what they said. The truth is probably closer to maybe the insurance company giving them a break in price or something if they went. That usually seems to be more of a motivator for these things for the companies I worked for.

We could always tell when they completed a course, or when a course gave them “homework” to do. Their approach was almost exactly like Hans in this strip every time they were trying new tactics. It was kinda funny actually. And just like what we see here at Roost-Air, not much changed within the company. Maybe they have a few more classes left to attend. Not sure…
