Roost Air Twin Otter for FSX
Check it out! Johann, a fan of ours created a flight sim version of Roost Air’s dark red Twin Otter for FSX! He made it a bit more colorful than the original, but otherwise it looks really authentic! This is big for us simmers. Most of you don’t care about the viritual world of flight since you have the real thing. But I don’t and all my education comes from Microsoft. This Twin Otter is gonna be parked right next to my A2A Piper Cub. Now all we need is for someone to make a viritual chuck and maybe his 172
hmmm, I had a look at this but it seems that you need some original software first (other than FSX) and this is just a “paint job” add-on… tell me if I’m wrong here. I’d love to fly in Chuck’s plane… not as “free” as first thought…
Well, I don’t know a thing about flight simulators, but Johann, the guy who did this, told me that you’d have to sign up at the website to download, but other than that it’d be free. Has anybody tried this and can give us some feedback?
This is a set of textures (hence a paint job only) for the twotter model sold by Aerosoft. So yes, the paint job is free but you have to buy or already own the airplane it is made for.
