Shipping

We ship (send out) all our orders within 2 business days. Actual delivery time depends greatly on your location. Please refer to some estimated delivery times in the shipping zones below.

Austria

We send out all orders with a “Paketmarke” via the Austrian Post. Average delivery time is 1-2 days.

Germany

Orders of a value of under € 25 will be shipped as a “letter”. That means no tracking and delivery time of about 5-10 business days.

All other orders will be sent as a parcel (“Paketmarke”) and take approximately a week.

As a general rule, German mail services are very quick and reliable, so sometimes the parcels are much faster than that. In rare occasions, e.g. during peak holiday seasons, the “letter” packages take a bit longer. We have never lost one yet, so if yours doesn’t arrive by the expected date, please give it a bit more time. If your parcel should indeed get lost, we will re-send your order free of charge.

European Union

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Delivery times vary by country. You probably know your own country’s mail services’ reliability best, so please adjust your estimations accordingly. In some occasions, e.g. during peak holiday seasons, the “letter” packages take a bit longer. In 98% of all cases, they do arrive though, so if yours hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please give it a bit more time. If your parcel should indeed get lost, we will re-send your order free of charge.

Europe (non EU) and Mediterranean

We don’t know all the rules, duty rates, exemption levels etc. of each country and have no way to automatically calculate those fees. We just fill out a customs form, stick it on the package, and you will have to work it out with your local customs authority.

We know the shipping cost outside of Europe are ridiculous, but that’s what they charge us. If you want to place a bigger order, please get in touch with us!
