There are no humans for the airline. From what I cought on CNN, there isn't even a phone number on their web site to call them. Its all web based. They make their money from charging you for extras, ie food, expedited baggage claim, etc etc. They are saving money by not flying into major airports where the landing fees are high, gas prices are jacked up, and rent in the terminal is really high. For instance they are flying into Bellingham, WA; which is about 70 miles north of Seattle (about 90 miles north of Seatac Airport).
