The company is pretty well known, I'd say. Actually, I have no idea why they used S- as desigantion.
Fabo is right, this plane is a pretty recent development, it started in the 1990s.

Dude you picked a dusie there! I've looked thrue several archives of russian aircraft manufacturer and factories and can't find it. There's no company I can find that use S- as their designation. Almost every model from every company use part of the company name as the designation. I can only find about 7 or so russian aircraft companies that have familiar sounding names, and no one has a S- designation. Beriev have made some amphibian aircraft and Sukhoi military trainers also used as aerobatics aircraft but I'm stumped.

It may stand for СКУЧНЫЙ - translated as Experimental at the best, but not really experimental.. "to be tried on" or so.

Definitely none of them. Both are acrobat specials... I just can seem to find any compatibile project on Su site.

Didn't one of those boeing 797s just land at Chicago???  ::rofl:: I heard that the 1000 passengers were very happy with the flight. The engineers say that the lift to drag ratio increased over 50% when they use the blended wing design.  ;D  ;D  ::rofl:: ::rofl:: ::rofl:: ::rofl::
