Looks like Atlanta to me....

Yup, a harder one now...
This is the ramp tower at the airport, however it is more recognizable than the actual tower, GL

Ok, since its been a few days, I'll give you a hint.  This city was founded around 1931 due to a massive project to help out workers in the great depression.  The project began in 1931 and was finshed in 1936.

UND: Las Vegas? (Pure guess, my US history isn't that full)

Velo: Sadly not even a guess, although a nice looking plane.

These probably won't be too tough, but we do have a little piece of history here at Baudette.  These are two derelicts that live just off the ramp.  Good luck.

Hiya Gulfstream,

to continue on your 2 derelicts.....this is what was on the tarmac at our Aeroclub yesterday...... enjoy!!!!

The orange biplane was a production model, though pretty rare now. It landed at our fly-in breakfast yesterday and I made sure
to get some photos of it.
If/when anyone guesses, or everyone gives up, I can perhaps provide full resolution shots.

It's a Waco... not sure of the model though... Waco's are a dead giveaway since they all have four ailerons.....

żNot a Stearman Cadett? ::complaining:I give up ::banghead:: ::banghead:: ::banghead::
DonYan ::knockedout:: ::drinking:: ::wave::

The pilot told me it was an old 'tween wars design called a Gulfhawk. A later version sported retractable gear, and it was supposed to be a
dive bomber.

Ok, I jumped the gun. I figured someone would be familiar enough with the design to 'fill in the blanks', but this appears to be a highly modified
Stearman... according to the registry.
