Can this be the XF-34A DreamStar?

Not much image to find about this fictitious jet on the web...

Nope, that was fictional, this was from a real aircraft factory.

Name this one.  Type of aircraft and model.  Also for bonus points, why this aircraft is unique?

McDonnell Douglas F-15A Streak Eagle, holder of 8 time to altitude records?
Edit: Nevermind, I see that was a stripped single-seater and this isn't.
Hmmm, it doesn't look like any of the special test-versions, unless that's the one that shot down an orbiting satellite?

F-15 E , 366 SQ 391 FS based at Mountain Home airbase, ordered 1987 used in operation "Enduring freedom" etc. etc.

Can't find anything significant for this particular airplane though....

Just don't tell me it landed on your front door (ie you saw it up close) or that they even let you climb in it! I'm been researching for an hour now  ::wave::

Correct it is an F15E.  And I guess its not so much unique about this particular airplane, as the model of the airplane in general.  This was the first fighter model to be designed to drop the nuke.   ;)

The picture was in Miramar during an airshow.  A friend of mine shot it.

Actually, Both the F-100 and F-105 were used in the Tactical Nuclear bomber role in the 60's. The F-105 had an internal bomb bay for the larger H-Bombs while the F-100 carried smaller fission weapons. Not to mention the Genie Nuclear tipped air to air rockets carried by the F-89 Scorpion and F-106 in air defense squadrons.

For Vietnam, the USAF put a fuel tank in the bomb bay on the F-105 to extend the range.

True, however what I was getting at, is that this model was specifically designed to carry them.  The others were modified to carry them.

You mean that wasn't tough enough???  I thought it was an anemic-looking British knock-off copy of a Staggerwing Beech with the lower wings sawed off beyond the main gear and an inverted inline engine replacing the radial!  Kinda neat looking bird all the same.  Thanks for expanding my knowledge base.
