Nope, this one may be a bit on the unfair side though. I will say it's a basic ultralight made in Canada.

I found this photo of a company called Alibaba.com, but says Light 1-seat airplane / aircraft ONLY  NO NAME !!! I keep googling...seems VERY similar

I get the feeling this A/C was a once off that photo was of its one and only flight since soon after wards it crashed was wrecked beyond economical repair and got scrapped, the place where it was build burned down, with the plans inside, the company closed down soon afterwards and everyone connected disapeared. either that or its acctually a Radio Controlled model.

The aircraft is commercially available, and as far as I know the manufacturer is still in business (their site is still up). I'll post up one of their other planes later as another clue

I could say I used my Super Mod Powers but...................aye I nearly looked up every Canadian manufacturer site in existence a section in my favorites tab is full of them lol I'll put up a pic later on. ok try this one:
