Oh well, it's Wiener-Neustädter-Flugzeugwerke (WNF) 11, registration PH + IB. Only one was build, it started in 1933 as Hopfner HV 11, and was used by Dr. Oetker food company under the registration A-141, later in 1935 when Thomas Hopfner company was taken over by Hirtenberg it stared to be modified for the use of military, the project ended in 1938 - the year Austria joined German Reich, also the year Hirtenberg/Hopfner company was taken over by WNF. Single prototype with stronger BMW engines was delivered to Luftwaffe for testing. It didn't survived the war.
