So , Chuck used his knowledge of all things aviation and quick thinking to do what he was asked . . . and got fired.
In a great display of teamwork, Julio (quietly) supports Chucks idea instead of criticizing it just to win favour with the boss . . . and gets fired, too.
It seems to me, the issue at Roost Air isn't motivation but leadership.
