Not to DISCONNECT myself from this CORE of this discussion, but to TRANSFORM it back to it's PRIMARY topic, - overhead power lines have a very strong, solid steel core, and are strung at tremendous tension. They will easily slice through aircraft sheet metal before breaking. On a different PHASE, I wonder how much resistance the typical Cessna has?
