Ha ha ha  :D  I love it!

Read an article some years back (was either EAA Sport Aviation or AOPA Flight Training can't remember which) that expressed the opinion that pilots SHOULD be ADD.  We need to be constantly scanning a hundred different things, not focusing on one.   |:)\

Heck, just look at any thread on this board.  Do any of them stay on topic past the first page.  ::)  If pilots don't have Attention Deficite Disorder who does?
Now the real question, do we suffer from it?  Or enjoy it?   ;D

Speaking of pennies............how is the firearms issue handled by Frontier, those folks in remote areas surely move around with guns?   Oh, did you know rubberbands last longer when refrigerated!

I'm pretty sure I could get on a Frontier flight in Anchorage or Fairbanks with my .45 under my jacket and nobody would know or care.  However, I believe it's just like anyplace else--firearm goes in checked luggage with ammo in a separate piece of luggage.  By the way took the wife out to dinner last night with a fabulous view of knik arm over all these trees of gorgeous fall colors.
The average pilot, despite the sometimes swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring. These feelings just don't involve anyone else.

I know, I've got a couple pounds of high quality rubber band in my fridge...armour-all makes them last even longer.  What do you think powers tundra toy after all?

Hey, what's the typical TBO on a turbine?  ???

I need a rubber band to...

Here is the official company policy:
Like any other airline, firearms are declared and tucked into checked luggage.  Actually, ammo can go in the same locked case as the firearm, but always should be in a box, such as it would have been purchased in.   We carry rifles on a regular basis, but they must be in the standard locked cases.    Bear spray also must be declared because it needs to go in a sealed container in the cargo hold in case of accidental discharge.  I discourage you from any ideas of carrying a firearm onto the aircraft.  Just because we aren't going to screen you doesn't mean we wouldn't take issue with a firearm if we found out.

TBO varies by operator, I believe this would be one of those numbers I'm not supposed to really talk about.

Speaking of TBO ,when are you going to meet me at Aviator's or something?  ;)

I wouldn't carry one on without declaring it, but I wish we could if we declared it.... I'd make a good airmarshal....what is the pay?

I use armorall on my rubbers as well, keeps em shiny, tundra taught me that....errr...

As for ammo, I reload, no factory box for it.

BTW, do you know a scratch built Condor can go OOS if you get a good thermal.  That's why I had to build the second one.  Still got to tune it.

Don't know what OOS is.  ;)

As far as being an Air Marshall, that's a good one.  ;)     For the ammo, there are boxes you can buy for reloads as well.  The idea is it's not supposed to be loose I believe...
If you want to carry, run for sheriff!  Or apply to the state patrol.  ;)

BTW, what do you think about the HK P40?   Did I already ask about that?
