That must've been a wild ride...
Looks to me like he drifted aft slightly when he went to lift off and the skid caught under that fallen tree, making a pivot point...

I think it was a static slip----note the tail rotor---had it have been turning when the aircraft slipped into the wall, it would have disintegrated.
