See if you can catch some information somewhere about the principles of the Dukan diet and go for it (after a medical advice!). When I started working in the office I had put on a lot of weight by eating trash food and with that diet, together with exercise, I soon lost more than ten kg in maybe 2 months. it now makes 3 years I do not put on a gram, eat normally (well, to tell the truth I always hated veggies and fruits and do without...), my blood parameters are more than perfect and keep practicing.
