other cool stuff for hot days!!! caffè freddo (cold espresso)

It seems as summer is coming here in Switzerland as well... finally!!!

So then if sombody out there likes italian espresso....


* 2 or 3 espressos, 1 is too little ;)
* ice, as much as you like
* sugar, as much as you like
put everything in a blender and mix it up well until you get a nice creamy foam.

PS: You won't get a lot of foam if you do not add at least some good milk!!!
