Pretty awesome, but somehow I'd still prefer a shop with lots o' tools, and all kinds of models to build. Maybe a trainset, or even a Sonex like Turbo is building (even though he's never mentioned a finish-date  ;D )

Just think with that sort of space I could have a building area, stores, a engine tuning bit (with extraction fans) and a place to hang up/mount my R/C planes.
