An interesting video from the Dutch Safety Board.  (Pardon, if it's already posted in here somewhere.)

It's sobering to think there were three professional pilots in this cockpit...  yet....

No one was truly flying the airplane until it was too late.

Yep---and people always ask me why I prefer to fly by myself......do not trust others I guess.
Life may not be the party we hoped for---but while we're here--we might as well dance..........

Yeah... 

at least one main benefit of flying single-pilot is, when something goes wrong, you know who did it...   ;)

To me, that's an UP side.    :)
