Haha, The Swamp does indeed rock! It's been a fixed part of the guest-comics in the danish Beetle Bailey magazine for decades, and Ding seriously must be a relative of Chuck!

Mike, while I find the idea of Aussies playing in the snow amusing (it is summer there right now) I happen to know it actually does snow in some places of southeast Aussieland during their winters.  An old friend of mine from Salinas who moved there a couple years ago sent me some pics of himself and his family playing in a snow field.

Yup we do have a small collection of snow over here it is true  ;D  We call them...AHEM...the Snowy Mountains!! Orginal name or what? :D They are on the border of New South Wales and Victoria
