The email address is a French domain.  Maybe this is a Nigerian that has emigrated?  Whoever it is, they have done a little homework.  Mikhail Khordorkovsky was the owner of Yukos Oil before he was arrested and thrown in prison and Yukos was seized by the Russian Gov't.  I will need time to check on the other information.

Better yet, I have forwarded this email to my better half and asked her for a reply pa russki.  We'll see if this is a genuine Russian or if it is a Nigerian in disguise!
