I've been looking for a name for this dish.... so here it is:
"Don't tell Sally what it's made out of" Chicken Casserole
Place 4 chicken breasts (get it???

) in a 9x13 casserole dish
cover with slices of swiss cheese
Pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with a splash of milk over the chicken and cheese
Mix 1 box (or 2 1/2 cups) of stuffing mix with 3/4 stick of butter (or margarine, your choice) and spread on top.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350*.... mmmm
You can also add sliced mushrooms on the chicken before you cover with cheese.
