And it looks like T-10 (a P-2V) left Montana this morning and is headed for Texas..

Hey, Two weekends ago, they had a third alarm Grass fire up in the Lake Champlain Islands... It's spring around here....

If you look closely on the fuselage below the cockpit, you can read "Neptune Aviation" even though it is partially obscured by the propeller.

Sorry--I was not aware that people did not know they are commonplace on fires. I guess we get used to seeing all the hardware on fires. Here are a bunch of pictures from the Redding fires last year taken by a friend. Feel free to add to the pics:
