The video isn't set to buffer properly.   Scroll your mouse over the bottom of the video, click the pause button, and let it sit there as the bar moves across (showing how much is loaded).

Once it's loaded completely, click the little triangle (indicating where the video is), drag it to the left (the beginning) and let it play.  Presto, not jerky...
