Since we're talking about english deliveries then I once wrote to a classic car magazine in England if they'd made a buyer's guide abouve a DeLorean DMC-12 and I got the letter back after it was sent via The Netherlands. My street adress, zip-code, Denmark, The Netherlands......

and for the record I didn't write The Netherlands, but maybe I should resume writing Denmark, Scandinavia again. Besides the normal 4-digit zip-code then the official way to write the danish zip-code internationally is to put "DK-" in front of the zip-code, DK of course being the official nationality code for Denmark (except for aircraft where it's OY- of course
