HEH! Been there-done that ;D
Airplanes and English Muffins have one thing in common---they both have "nooks and crannies"................
Anyone who's ever done any work on one has lost a nut or a wrench requiring contortionist -type maneuvers or a trip to the bilges to retrieve the blasted item ::complaining:

Yes!
This is another "not-so-much-invented" kind of strip.
My brother initially though it wasn't all that funny and kept searching his soul for a better punch line.
But I told him it was only because he's never worked on an airplane around the pedals and we need to keep it that way because the rest of us will be able to relate. And when we first published the strip it was an instant hit among the aviation community.....  ;D

Understand this all TOO well. Cut my knuckles up more than a few times trying to remove then re-install the pedals on the 150. Not fun. Cessna did no intend for those controls to be removed...pretty much ever.
