Oh My Lord!
« on: February 13, 2008, 03:50:08 AM »
 :o ::unbelieveable:: ::eek:: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5prz1Ae5QM
At first I thought I was going to see a broken undercarriage, then a few seconds later a bent wing.
Funny enough, I saw one of these up close at Odense Airport from Orion Air a few days ago.

That's a good one.... I showed that one to the Director of Operations at work... She used to be the Chief pilot at Comutair and has a lot of 1900 time... I thought she was gonna have a stroke when they did the roll ::rofl::

how about a new thread "the most stupid thing I've ever done in an aircraft"?
no N-numbers, dates, or times (in case the FAA is watching this  ;) ;D )

I certainly have a few stories to contribute!  ;)
....could be a learning experience for everybody.....

It might be even more palatable if people were to do it in the third person   ie; "I remember seeing this person/airplane doing such and such"   If you have guts enough to start it I might be able to recollect some really stupid things I may or (may not) have witnessed ::wave::   BALL'S IN YOUR CORNER |:)\

K so lets do it this way, you send PM to me, I post it anonymously. FAA knows better not to arrest me, cause not only I do not have license, but I am not in the USA ;)

And another one, from the thread in the danish pilot forum where the first video was posted. They btw said both pilots were from the same infamous Florida school, it seems clear that was a rude joke however.

Well as it is economical to go flying from western Europe to USA, it is definitely not case of Russia. After all this is training...

btw you can hear "Zaderzhai shturwal" words repeatedly - that means hold the yoke - what pilot obviously failed to do and came with a perfect example of so-called "Kozel" (btw just shows what a forgiving AC L-410 is..
