we've been "re-hydrating" like this (for example after 2hrs of Tennis) in Austria since centuries!!
It works!

Try it once you get your walks up to 3km or so on a fast pace walk or run!!
maybe a small one?!  ;) ;D ::drinking:: ::whistle::

I will be thinking of this tomorrow after the excercises :D

btw. I have just hed a perfect gals of Pilz lltogether with nice pizza in local house! Hell wasnt that good!  |:)\
