The thing requires two drivers to steer it?  Now that's typical British engineering for ya!  Hehe.

I'd venture one acts as a "bartender" and the other the driver.   IE, you purchase the alcohol at the stops (via the prepayed fare) and he pours it for you.

Kind of like most of Y'alls big airplanks..  ::loony:: one pilot to fly, and the co-pilot to carry his bags....
