I took these up around an area known as Greenwater.  Its a small town about half way up Mt. Rainier on the west side.  We took forest road 70 up to the trail head and then road in.  Id image they were somewhere between 5,000 and 9,000.  I have a lot more, but those i thought were the best.
THANKS ::wave::

Nice to see some snow, even if it's 1500 miles away.

Im sure I can out do your rain pics.  Seattle got 112 inches of rain in November alone.  ::silly::

hmm, and what about some major fog-pictures that disturbed almost any european flight for a few days ?

UND,

I'm in northwestern Oklahoma City, not far from Wiley Post airport.  I work at the Guard base right next to the FAA Center at Will Rogers.  Depending on your hobbies and interests, there's quite a bit to do in the area.  I've been here since '97...it's home to me now!

Hey, you were close!  It's the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center on the west side of Will Rogers World Airport.  The Guard base is in the SW corner, next to the Metro Tech (A&P school).  Where I live is just a few miles north of there.  OKC streets (well, most of Oklahoma!) are set up in a grid system, with major streets one mile apart (they follow the section lines on a topo chart).  Makes it easy to get around and find things.

I don't think that will be a problem at all.  There are a few apartment complexes on MacArthur Road (which runs into MMAC directly) that cater directly to FAA students.  They may be under contract to the FAA.  Some even provide transport by van.  I also see a number of rental cars from the same company going to and fro quite a bit.  I can see the FAA sending out a welcome packet with contact info for all these.
