300 dollar for sunglasses---------mine are prescription and I wish they cost 300 bucks---gotta have'em to LOOK COOL though! ;D
The new Rayban aviator neither cost 110 dollars and they are incredibly pretty. Before this last model came out - Raybans made me look like a fly: huge eyes, small face...I did look always quite ridicoulous.

Yeah... Actually after posting this strip I stumbled into an online pilot shop where all the glasses were EUR 1000.00 and more!! We thought that $ 300.00 was a lot when we came up with the strip, but obviously we were wrong! ;) I'm sure that Chuck's glasses are in that price range too... ;D

Delivered a plane to a woman that paid $200 for a pair of glasses. I think they were those Paris Hilton "type" that look really stupid. Fricken weird Californians.

I think my aviator sunglasses ran me $12.00 at the clothing store at Scott AFB when I was in Civil Air Patrol. Standard USAF issue. They work great too!

Great strip |:)\
I had some Ray Ban Driving Series Chromax glasses but they were discontinued after a short time so when they got ruined I had to settle for cheap supermarket ones since they were the only nice covering brown/amber tinted ones I could find. The Ray Bans were on sale for just over the equivalent of 100 USD at that time but the Shields Eyewear sunshades I use now only cost 50 USD and are a left-over NASA edition too :D They're great and a costumer quote said they'd stay put even when pulling 12g's in a plane, that's more than enough for me :D Furthermore, they are on a string and not with a frame, for headset comfort, but that also means I can just pull them up on my forehead like classic aviator goggles when I go indoors 8) ;D
