Title: Fighting with kids over R/C Helicopters
Post by: Rooster Cruiser on May 11, 2012, 05:24:27 AM
Well at long last I am being lured over to the dark side. I found a website selling beginner R/C Helicopters for a song ($17.00 each plus shipping) and I bought a pair for my kids' birthdays. Now I am battling them over who gets to fly them next! Doggone it!!! They are so touchy to control, but what blast to play with once you get the hang of it! On my first evening, I managed to fly one from my living room upstairs into my bedroom and back down again. Oh yeah, and the stairs have a 180 degree reverse halfway up. What a thrill!
Its too bad I never could afford to learn to fly helos for a living. I am beginning to realize what I've been missing all these years. ::banghead:: ::banghead:: ::banghead::

Next step is getting the dog fighting duo pack where you can either shoot missiles (hitiles?) at each other or a infra red beam that cuts out the motor on the other helicopter if you hit it.
