Since you only need pilots in the cockpit during takeoffs and landings, I am sure that Michael O'Leary's next press conference will be that during flight, the pilots should be gainfully employed throughout the flight.
Serving coffee, tea and blankets to the passengers (at flight attendants wages).

I can see it, the next step is to put a dog instead of co-pilots,doggy treats doesn't cost much, and the dog will make sure that the pilot doesn't make mistakes, the dog will also make a company for the pilot - WIN WIN SITUATION!

Well according to Mr O'Leary he only needs a computer to fly and land the aircraft.....................until he finds out Auto land is not fitted to it ::banghead::
