We originally tried to make a whole different strip but came up with too many ideas for just one strip. So, this strip leads up to a different one and will take a twist next Tuesday. So, stay tuned!

Heck, I am in America and still can't see them.

Funny how you never (well, me anyway--comes with being hard of hearing) really know all the lyrics to a song.
Back in my salad days my personal favorite was "Hello, I love you, won't you tell me your name" It actually worked a few times and thankfully so did the penicillin. ::)

;D HAHAHA, pardon my slip, forgot the generation gap----"SALAD DAYS" is an old expression used to describe a period during which one is a freewheeling single. For me, it was while I was in college and then again later during my "midlife crisis" when I changed careers, bought a sports car, got divorced,and went looking for a trophy wife. Nowadays, I still fly airplanes, traded the car for a pickup, but the best part is, I still have the new wife after 20 years--AHHH, life is good now but I still have fond memories of those times. ;)

anyone see that geico commercial where the wife asks her hubby if a dress makes her look fat and he wasn't paying attention and said "absolutely" - the look she gave him was priceless!!
