Rose got the results of her PET scan on Friday. She only has the one Tumor. (insert jumping up and down with joy smilie here) The Tumor is already reacting to the Chemo. So far so good.
Rose has another round of Chemo on the 31st then 3 weeks off and another round. Then an MRI to check progress. Her hair hasn't begun to fall out yet but it should start in the next week or so. We've already been shopping for scarves and hats.

Well, it happened. Rose's hair began to fall out due to the chemo. Her response? Buzz cut!!!
Her insurance will pay for a wig but only if her doc writes a prescription and calls it a Cranial Prosthesis. No lie!!!

That's a weird name for it alright ::loony:: did I understand it correctly that the Buzz Cut comment was indicating she was in good spirits so far?
