BBC news states a Yeti Airlines airplane crashed on landing at Lukla, Nepal.... with 18 fatalities.
Though it doesn't say, chances are it's a Twin Otter...

I flew twice Yeti and they're not really in good shape the planes. I'm not sure they would be allowed to fly for US and EU standards....

That's interesting, I have a mechanic friend who went over to inspect their airplanes... Maybe that's WHY!!!! :o

No, no, my point was just the OPPOSITE....
they paid him to fly around most of the globe (and I think it was a pretty hefty amount) just to have a proper look at their aircraft.....
