Title: Helicopter mishap video

I am guessing it happened in Switzerland, judging by the markings on the other aircraft on the ramp. This guy looked like he had it down, then all hell broke loose on him. I am wondering if you helo types could explain this.

What happend with the pilot?

Post by: G-man on July 08, 2008, 05:55:01 AM: He walked away--its old--I heard--pilot error--he tried landing on a cart and was not level--tried to lift off again and was a little "over zealous" and got dynamic rollover--IE hooked a skid.

Not really, people walk away from 99% of helicopter rollovers like that --- even from Robinsons.

that guy was either realy calm about it or terrified . . . I don't see him jump....
