I just heard about that!!
Nothing is working there the way it's supposed to or something and now they're shipping the luggage to Milano to have it sorted out there.
HAHA
How embarassing!!

(I actually wonder why they didn't send to the Germans, they are known to be more organized than the Italians....)

Since we're talking about english deliveries then I once wrote to a classic car magazine in England if they'd made a buyer's guide abouve a DeLorean DMC-12 and I got the letter back after it was sent via The Netherlands. My street adress, zip-code, Denmark, The Netherlands...... ::rofl:: and for the record I didn't write The Netherlands, but maybe I should resume writing Denmark, Scandinavia again. Besides the normal 4-digit zip-code then the official way to write the danish zip-code internationally is to put "DK-" in front of the zip-code, DK of course being the official nationality code for Denmark (except for aircraft where it's OY- of course :) ).
