Title: Hmm.. might cause a new character to be developed....
Post by: Ted_Stryker on February 22, 2006, 08:18:36 PM
Yes... this is truly surprising indeed!

That's right... Chickens can grow teeth!   :o

That could mean that Hans might put the bite on Chuck's paycheck next time he screws up, eh?

Hehehe.... Well, in real life birds don't need airplanes either!  ;D

Thanks for the link Ted (Sorry I forgot your real name). That's an interesting site :)

Btw, there are several birds that do need airplanes if they want to fly, like a pinguin, roadrunner (meep meep!), austrich (spelling?) etc.
That site also said that a headless chicken has survived for 18 months once. My question: How? Without a head how did it eat and drink? But then again, it was probably still smarter than Chuck :D

Hey, new character-idea, pinguin polar flyer (are they also called bush pilots?)!

Frank

No problem, Frank.  Real name is Bob :)

Here is the tale of the chicken you're referring to...

Bush pilot, huh?  I like it.  Maybe have a penguin for flights to Antarctica and a ptarmigan or a puffin for the Arctic...

HAHA! I like the idea about the penguin!!  ;D Maybe we'll really come up with a character like that...
Gosh, have you seen the marketing on this site?! Those people are enterprising indeed! They have a webstore and all... Seems they're making money of poor mike for more than 60 years now!! As for the name "Mike"... I'm with plthijnx, that can't be coincidence!!  ;D HAHA!

ROFL That was a good one! I've never heard that joke before! :D

Stef: You really like the penguin idea? Wow, cool! Btw sorry for the spelling error, you see in danish penguin is spelled pingvin and sometimes I get them mixed up.
Frank the Penguin Caravan Pilot, lol just joking (I thought of the Caravan since they use them from Denmark to Greenland by Alpha Air and they have a nice red/white livery with a blue tail and stripes, and there are two Caravans in MS FS2004).

Speaking of Caravan, where is that one from in your avatar Gulf?

It is.  Aitkin, MN has a fly-in/classic car show every summer, and that big Caravan on floats came in last summer.  It was pretty impressive.

Sounds like a trend developing.  I guess it'll be a Swallow for African flights too! :D

Ok... that might be a "fowl" idea :D :D

Heheheheh... true!  But the guy that owned "Mike the Chicken" made a fake head for it at one point.  Kinda gruesome, but ah well.
