Airline ticket pricing

Here’s one from our “Moments in Aviation History” series. And the subject is one dear to me. Not the Weimar Republic in particular, but monetary theory in general. I can spend a whole evening philosophizing over a glass of wine on what is wrong with the world and how to change it. Sadly, I don’t have much opportunity for that recently, because I barely have any free time to spend on going out or reading books. Can’t hold my liquor anymore either, because I’m out of practice. Also, the older I get, the more cynical I get about changing the world anyway. In fact, when I see political activists, the first thought that pops into my head is “how do you have so much time and energy for this?”

Well, I guess I’ll change again, once the kids are older. Either I have more time and energy again myself, or I’ll turn into an even more cynical and grumpy grandpa. Time will tell! Sure hope I’ll be a grandpa though whichever way it turns out! Boy, can you be more all over the place in a blog post than this? We’ll see next week, when bring you another episode of Chicken Wings!
