Helicopter News!

I just saw on the web that the AHS (American Helicopter Society) has offered $20,000 to the entrant who builds the first successful human powered helicopter. You can check out the details at http://www.vtol.org/awards/hph.html if you're interested. I think it has to hover for a minute and reach an altitude of 3 meters. And you can't use any steroids! But as always, news of this kind trigger a slough of new ideas here at Roost-Air. I am smelling a good story line about two guys building the first "Chicken Powered" helicopter... ha ha
