Favorite Dim Sum

This is my first post here and of course it has to be about food.  Other than chicken wings, do any of you have a favorite dim sum?  I also love beef balls, shiu mai and har gaw.  Yummmmmmy.

Welcome to the coop, actually there is a subforum devoted just for food, it's officially listed as for recipies but I'm sure general food talk would be accepted there as well.
