I can't speak to the Apache as the closest I've been to one is at an airshow
However, the Bronco is one bad actor. And Panzerrat has posted the ULTIMATE book on flying the Bronco. "A Lonely Kind of War" is an excellent read. I almost got a ride in a Bronco as a CAP cadet, but didn't quite get the top score it required
