Ahhh, yessss, Grasshopper......  "Chuck" is still being Chuck..... he informed me yesterday that he "does everything perfect in the airplane"..... I about fell over...... But, have decided to just give the boss an honest assessment.... and will go from there..... The scientists are the most terrific group of guys, I just can't imagine this being any better, so that more than makes up for the Chuck Factor.  |

Frank, the Restricted label on the airplane refers to it's category. As opposed to the normal category in which you don't need special permission to fly it, the restricted category is more limited. Military aircraft fall under the restricted category, as do crop dusters.
