This is one of our mechanics who was also in Australia.  This is a termite mound, also in Litchfield N.P. -- they were everywhere!!

We had a scheduled day off, so went exploring a little bit...  it was hot and humid, and pouring rain alternated with hot sun all day long.  All the low spots in the road had warning signs posted at the side of the pavement:  "Danger - Crocodiles".

 Cool

Ha ha, well they must be good friends in the desert -- they LIKE to burn together!   Grin

If you have 5 reports of 3,000+ acre fires, you just know by the time you get there, it'll just be ONE big ole mess!!   Cheesy     Cheesy     Cheesy     Cheesy

Between wx and maintenance issues, I haven't flown my Arrow in over a month now! Wx was crp again, so I spent it in the workshop with parts of the other airplane. Am happy to report that after a mere three years the tail is complete as of today!

Later that afternoon it was time to start thinking about the wings... the first step of which was to study the plans. So, I cranked up the fireplace, put some tunes on, made some tea, and spent some quality time with the plans spread out on the living room floor muttering things like "Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...," "That's going to suck," and "What the **** was I thinking when I bought this?"  Eek!  Loony  Unbelieveable  Bang head  Sick

Well, TM, after you were able to threaten a duck, some weeks ago, you surely will not have any problem with these lego's instruction........... Grin
And, Soccermom, keep the pics coming! I will try to post some, but I've to install Photoshop again, given that now I can just post oversized ones!

With a Sonex that's actually a fair question.   Thinking   Grin
