I've been to Tel-Aviv with friends,it was fun

Gibson Les Paul signed by Slash, the guitarist of Guns N' Roses, costs 2600 dollar,i wish i could afford it...

I see England i see France...

Near the Azri'eli buildings (the most famous and visited buildings in Israel)

Yesterday's sunrise

In moments like those you just can see Buddha seating and smiling...

every time i am shocked of the performance of my camera, one of the best investments i did in my life.

Last year, when the local AA started giving SX-Uxx registrations to the Ultralights (same as sports aircraft or Microlights as you may call them) someone opted for SX-UFO  Eek!

Too bad that was denied  ROFL

Especially if he was flying an Antares with a UFO wing like I used to fly.

Well for my birthday bought me a flight in cessna 172 in Megido  airport/airfield, a half an hour over israel and i got to steer it all the flight expect the taxi, take off and landing,it was so great. my father and my friend who came to visit me, flied with me,the friend came by to say hi,so i asked her if she wants to fly with me,she said she need to ask her parents,so she asked, and they agreed, after we landed they said it was her first flight ever.
after that we sat at the building next to the parkings (distance between car parking and plane parking- 4 meters) a guy came and started to talk to us,he was a pilot and a plane-crashes investigator,he said he wants me to fly with him and he will teach me everything i know for free,he is an owner of a piper cherokee and lives about 20 minutes from me and his plane is in an airport that i can see from my house,so i get to fly and learn for free,it was the best day of my life,or,as Homer Simpson would say-my best day of my life so far.
aaaaand,to the pictures!

This is a cessna 152 of Megido Aviation, the company that i flew in

two thrush commanders that used as a crop-dusters at Chim Nir which is another aviation company

the cessna 152 after taxiing

a dornier (i think it's a dornier) taking off

a plane that i have failed to identify (help me on this one) taxiing after a rough landing (very rough)

the same plane after shutdown, all of those people went out of this on,and there's still one in there

me and my friend before waiting to get on the plane

now she's asking her parents if she could fly with me too

[

waiting for the pilot to get ready

i think he's checking fuel

the Cessna 172

my father and the pilot, don't know what they're talking about

finally on board and taxiing

taking off

and now,for the view...

the pilot is relaxing, when i saw the picture i was so happy because if hes hands are not on the yoke that means he trusts me Cheesy

more view

me is piloting

back to the view

the panel

and more view

that hair ball is me

sheesh... look at that,more view!!

the runway of Megido (LLMG)

a glider

thrush master converted for towing gliders

and the Cessna 172 i flew in - 4X-CHC

What to do when it's too windy to fly...

Go and stooge round the same scenerey on foot...

A minute an a half later and aprt of the reason I wasn't flying...

Worm's Head.  One of my favourite views from the air, but something I don't normally get to see is this much detail of the livestock...

Interesting cliffs

A geologist could tell me why the rocks in the other direction are so different, no doubt.

Pretty anyway.

I am glad you admitted it!  Hehe.   Evil

However, I'll be kind and not suggest we give you THAT as a nickname!   Roll Eyes

A side note:  Isn't Megido also known as the plain of Armeggedon from the Bible?

Well, if you want to assign me a nickname, you can always choose "Pitz",that how most of the people i know calls me,even my mother...
,
And for Megido,if i remember right it has something to do with Armageddon, actually,if you take apart the word "Armageddon" and twitch it a bit,you get "Har Meggido",which means mount meggido, but I'm not sure such a mountain exists.

you have to excuse me about the horrible writing, i woke up yesterday at 13:00 (that 1:00 pm for you),and slept for only three hours, that leaves me with.... 28 hours of being awake/zombie.
