About the Baja 1000 race
« on: November 25, 2005, 03:08:52 AM »
Mexico was awesome! 8)
I have gathered lots and lots of stories. I am sure some of them will turn
into Chicken Wings strips.
Has anybody ever been flying in Mexico? Let me know, ok?!

I am writing the whole story down as we speak. (Some of my stories are already published
in other books and magazines) Shall I post it here in the forum?
It could get fairly long though, but it's funny. . .

I'd love to hear all about it... post it up man.  ;D ;D ;D

Hmm... needless to say, my story isn't finished yet. But soon hopefully.
But in the meantime:
Here is a picture of me parking in "Visitor Parking" in front of the city hall of Ensenada.
Didn't get a ticket. I assume the Mexicans aren't as noise sensitive as the Americans. . .

I see you didn't have to remove the good ol PANACA JANE sticker.  Great.  I hope she lives forever.
WOW I did that!

Yeah!

I think the "Panaca Jane" sticker is here to stay. It seems to be growing on my boss too. He hasn't said anything about taking it down. I should tell the story here in the forum some day, huh?

I just got back from a fire by the way. Ray, "Jane", and I were back in action! Good times!
We did a prescribed burn in the Santa Maria / Colson area. Only in California. No burning going on in Ely right now, huh?!  ;D

I wouldn't know.  I'm stuck in Reno at school.  But I highly doubt it.  Sounds like fun though.  Hey tell Ray I said Hi.

what/who is "Panaca Jane"?

"Panaca Jane" is my aircraft!

We're the only helicopter in fire that's got nose-art on it!
Check it out! Not bad, huh?!
