Nevada Northern RR - Ely

Hey Mike,

If memory serves me, you often are based at Ely in the summer.  Are you familiar with this Steam-powered Railroad?  If so, might you know where they go to from Ely?  I've never heard of them before.

YES! Seen it many times!

It's totally awesome! In my free time up in Ely I often run down to the train station and crawl all around the property. It's like stepping back in time. I can highly recommend checking it out. I think she runs every weekend in the morning and she does special events.
People who know me, know I am a big fan of this kind of old technology.....

It doesn't really "go" anywhere though I think. Just runs up and down the valley. But it's still worth the ride. (my favorite is watching them start her up though)
