Margherita pie....
1/2 cup butter
11/4 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/3 cup lime juice
2-4 Tbsp tequila
2 Tbsp triple sec
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream
Mix pretzels sugar and melted butter----put in bottom of springform pan and into freezer to cool.
Stir the condensed milk, tequila, triple sec and lime juice till fully mixed. Whip the cream fully and then fold into the mixture. Pour it over the crust and put back in freezer for 5 hours.....eat ..... enjoy...dont drive....
