I hate getting back from a day's flying to find out that someone else didn't get back. 

Was the first flyable day in ages here, I bet hundreds of pilots had made a dash for it!

that always amazes me about the weather here. its been storms with high winds and sleet,snow and rain and down south its been fly able

I never realised until I learned to fly just how local weather really gets on this little island!
